About

I’m Kyla. I graduated from California State University Fullerton with my BFA in Illustration. I’ve worked professionally as a graphic designer and illustrator for 5 years and currently reside in Portland, OR. My services include: branding, brand refreshes, design for print materials, web, social media, and more. As an illustrator, I work in watercolor, ink, and graphite as well as digital media. As a designer, I’m proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite.

My personal artwork tells stories about relationships and home using botanical, biological, and anatomical, elements. I draw inspiration from my outdoor travels here in the PNW, gardening, herbalism classes, and research. I hope my work brings a deeper sense of connection to the natural world.
